Villiam Petersen Gear Works has just invested in the latest and most modern equipment in gearflankgrinding.
Gleason – PFAUTER P 600/800 G
With our latest acquisition we can now grind straight an helical gears up to 20 Module – 800 mm diameter and 600 mm width. It is now possible to grind gears on shafts up till 2500 mm total length. External splineshafts can be ground acc. to DIN 5471 – DIN 5472 or DIN 5480.
Applying the latest profilgrinding technology means reduced grinding time and yet still withholding a high quality grade (DIN 4).
The machine is planned to take up production in mid February 2010.
