Qualifications and assembly of machinery
As a modern high tech company within metalworking we are more than just a producer. We are also a sparring partner.
We offer advise to our customers in the preliminary stages and this way we are securing a rational course of production. Often we will work together with the customer's designer to adjust choice of materials, processing method or hardening.
This way possible mistakes will be corrected in time for the benefit of both parties.
We also perform repair work on disabled subjects and advise on replacement of machine parts. Through current investment in new equipment we continue to expand our production capacity:

We offer any type of toothing and as the only place in Denmark we are able to perform internal toothing in dimensions as large as 2600 mm.

A WMW Heckert cutter for splines and fluted shafts also makes it possible to cut materials as long as 5000 mm.

We have just recently invested in a CNC controlled rack cutter equipped with the newest technology in the field. It is able to tooth up to 3100 mm lengthwise and up to module 25. |
